Eternity: People are immortal and will exist eternally either separated from God or with God through salvation. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence. John 3:16; John 14:17; Romans 6:23; Romans 8:17-18;Revelation 20:15; 1 Cor. 2:7-9
“Peope are immortal”. Really? 1 Timothy 6.16 suggest otherwise. But what did Paul know? He wasn’t Plato.
“People”. kmh1 is not infallible.
Interestingly, this parish is a union of Sam Shoemaker’s old Calvary Church (before he moved to Pittsburgh) and St. George’s Church, where William Rainsford and J. P. Morgan long battled over who would be master.
It’s a surprisingly orthodox statement of belief, especially given the reference to the 39 Articles.

I agree with Jeremy Bonner’s last sentence. Nothing to cavil with here.
I agree also. If they can maintain orthodox faith within TEC then good on them and may the Lord bless and protect them. They will need that heavenly protection, but the One who protected Daniel in the den of lions can do it.
The Global South Primates are prepared to have fellowship and communion with those who are truly faithful within TEC, and this may be yet another example of what they meant.
May the day come when the apostates are completely cleansed from TEC and it resumes the place set for it as a true orthodox Anglican province.
